Damon Rosenhan is the Vice President of BPO Sales at arvato.
Prior to this role he was responsible for the delivery and growth of arvato’s global BPO partnership with Microsoft, including managing teams in Dublin, Reno, Fargo, Monterrey, Singapore and Manila.
Prior to joining Arvato he was the Vice President of Sales and Solutions for the Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) business at Xerox where he was responsible for the overall growth of the FAO business including sales, business development and solution development.
Prior to joining Xerox, Damon spent 6 years with Accenture. While at Accenture he held a number of positions including Market Maker, Senior BPO Solutions Architect, Managing Director of Accenture Business Resilience Services, and was a core team member of Accenture New Businesses, Accenture’s venture arm.
Damon has been in the BPO industry since 1998, when he was involved in the original GM F&A outsourcing transition to Arthur Andersen in Tempe, AZ, which was sold to Xerox in 2004. His global expertise includes significant experience with international business, start-up businesses and offshore sourcing.
Damon has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He began his career as a design engineer in high-tech and aerospace, and transitioned into manufacturing leadership, project management, and business development. He is also conversant in Japanese.
