Darin Wright is the Chief Client Engagement Officer for Sutherland Global Services.
Darin is overseeing the sales organization globally, inclusive of Vertical & Horizontal Sales, Strategic Business Development, Marketing, Client Governance, Business Transformation Services and Sales Operations. In addition to the initiatives around growth, Darin is responsible for driving the Innovation and Experience practices.
Prior to Sutherland, Wright held the position of Senior Vice President of Client Managing Directors at Xerox Business Services, LLC. In that role he led an elite team of executives assigned to strategically engage and impact Xerox’s top-tier global clients.
During his tenure at Xerox, Wright served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Xerox’s Government Healthcare and Government Transportation divisions. After Xerox acquired Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), he led the revenue synergy efforts as Senior Vice President of Xerox Global Sales Integration. Prior to Xerox’s acquisition of ACS he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing for Commercial Segment where he led a team of 450 business development professionals.
Wright has 30 years of global BPO/ITO experience starting his career with 3M Company. He coordinated the spin-off of their Business Products Division where he continued as a principal for 12 years until selling to ACS in 1996. He spent 14 years as part of the ACS Executive Management Team. In 2014, he joined Sutherland Global Services as their Chief Client Engagement Officer.
Wright graduated from San Diego State University, where he studied Business, Computer and Political Science. He lives in Park City, UT and Rochester, NY with his wife, Liz.
