He has led over 90 Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory engagements across a several industries, including technology, telecommunications, entertainment / media, consumer products, manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, life sciences, and financial services. His experience includes Shared Services and Outsourcing strategy, design, implementation and post implementation optimization across several business support functions including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Facilities Management, Customer Service / Call Center, Communications, and Legal. Many of his projects have included establishment of growth platforms, assessment of cost reduction opportunities, technology automation, process improvement, and organizational restructuring.
