The Finance OneOffice: How to get there?

“The Digital OneOffice promises to create a boundary-less enterprise where there is only one office that matters – one that caters to the customer/employee/vendor”

Phil Fersht, CEO and Founder, HFS Research

Finance is no longer a back-office function. Enterprises today face unprecedented threat (and opportunity) from digital disruption, data explosion, and heightened customer expectations. The role of the CFO has evolved beyond bottom-line and compliance focus to become a trusted business partner to drive profitable growth. Enterprises want a lot more for far less from F&A. They need a holistic Finance OneOffice, not just an efficient back-office.

Enterprises today need to leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies for digital transformation. Investing in a dynamic, new operating model that is resilient, responsive, and predictive enables organizations to cruise through today’s uncertain times. These new avenues help generate far more value with an even lower cost-base.

But the big question that continues to be unanswered is “How do we achieve this feat successfully?”

The Agenda

The executive roundtable will focus on:

  • The attributes of a Finance OneOffice and what does success look like
  • The importance of emerging technologies and the adoption of next-gen operating model driving agility in business environment, use cases and associated challenges
  • The critical success factors to make it real such as talent, organizational structure, change management, and ecosystem
  • Techno-functional and Consulting Capabilities (Must Have)
