Antonio Barranco Rosales

Antonio has more than 9 years’ experience in world top telco companies. He is Global Manager of digital transformation in Telefonica International. With strong background in digital and call center department. He is based in Madrid but spent more than half of the time working at the different operations of Telefonica all around the world. He is responsable in Telefonica for the implementation of Cognitive Contact Centers in the different operations of the group and optimization of speech analytics and biometric. Antonio has spent more than a year preparing the RFPs for the global solution and selecting several vendors for different local process. Antonio is MBA by IESE, has a Business Administration Degree and Market Research Degree by University of Granada and is Master in Marketing by ESIC.
